SHIPPING Placing An Order After an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that Team LA Internet has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order
number, order detail, and shipping method. The shipping confirmation e-mail will also include the date shipped, and carrier's tracking number(s).

Payment Methods We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and JCB for internet orders, all online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.
Sales Tax Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out our online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your inspection.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday.
We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays*.
Merchandise Availability Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by Team LA. All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the reminder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). all orders are subject to acceptance by Team LA. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.

Cancellation Policy Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please call 1.888.4.TEAMLA (1.888.483.2652) to cancel an order.
RETURNS
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return products
purchased at amgentourofcaliforniastore.com we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are refunded if the product is defective or if the return is due to an error caused by Team LA.
Exceptions for returns are noted below.
To ensure your return or exchange is processed promptly, please follow these procedures:
1. Exceptions to our return policy:
- Worn or damaged merchandise is not returnable. If the product was damaged during shipment please contact customer service.
- Personalized products may not be returned unless the item is defective or the item was personalized differently than ordered.
2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip and return form with your return. If you do not have a copy of the packing slip please notify Customer Service
3. Please download and print our Return/Exchange Form
4. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
